Things You Want to Know!

How Much Hair Do I Need?

For average head size, here is my suggestion:

12″-14″: 2 bundles

16″-20″: 3 bundles

22″-28″: 4 bundles

What type of hair care products should I use?

Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.

1. Use good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to care for the hair. It’s important to keep the hair soft and shiny.

2. DO NOT use hair products on the hair if at all possible.

3. However we do recommend that you use oil-based products on it every three days, such as chi’s infusion 23 or silk Remedy from Sallys beauty supply store. Olive oil is also a great substitute.

Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.

How long does it last?

How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 1 year.

What length should I get?

There is a diagram above displaying the average length to body ratio.

Why the colors of hair extensions don`t seem exactly as the pictures show or description says?

As this is 100% human hair, not every human has the same exact hair color. Our donors have a “Natural” black or brunette hair color and we offer Unprocessed hair to our clients. Also, sometime the same color number may have a little color difference. Great thing is, you could dye this hair to your desired color!

Can they be straightened, curled?

Yes, you could use a hair straightener or hair curler to style this hair. However, don’t do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easier to get dry and tangled.

Can I dye/color the hair?

Yes, The hair can be colored. As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend dyeing darker since it is difficult for the original color to fade. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the hair. Coloring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out of the shade you want. If you can’t get to a salon, please always use a good quality product and test a small sample first.

How to tell human hair from synthetic hair?

Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smelling: human hair will turn to ash, which will go away after pinching, virgin hair will smell foul when burning. Human hair will show white smoke, while synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hairs and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.

​Why are Black and Blonde the only colors offered?

It allows us to offer our customers the best possible price for the quality. Hair offered through this website is human hair of the highest quality. Therefore, it can be colored and styled to any preference. In addition, further processing of the hair by the manufacturer would increase fees for us, the retailer, and those costs would then be passed on to you, the customer.

Payment

As of now, payments are only payable through PayPal for the most secure payment using a PayPal account or credit/debit payments. Hair is shipped out immediately after payment is confirmed.

Shipping

All shipments are made through DHL or USPS. All DHL shipments require a signature to ensure delivery to the address you provide and will arrive 5 to 7 days after purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a unique and flexible return policy with no restocking fee within 14 days of purchase on all products. Refunds or Exchanges will not be permitted after 14 days. Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed.
